How quickly can I expect Interview calls with StaffValue Group ?
With the help of Tier 1 Vendors and Direct clients that we work with, we basically share your account summary and resume to all the vendors and take Vendor calls for the first 2-3 weeks. You can start expecting the flow of interviews after the first 2 weeks. We guarantee 15 direct client calls in a 90 working days period.
This is achieved through our expert-driven process, which optimizes resumes and manages daily job applications to enhance your chances with recruiters.
Is there a Refund policy ?
Yes. Only in the Gold Plan, if the amount is paid upfront. If we fail to get you 20 Direct Client interviews in a 120 working days period, you get the prorated Refund at the end of 120 working days.
What if I don’t receive any Interview calls ?
If you don’t receive interview calls or assessments by the end of the 90 working days period, we will make it right by offering an additional service for 30 working days more and a 50% Refund back (only applicable to the GOLD Plan). However, with the network of Tier 1 Vendors and Recruiters onsite, that has never happened and we have been successful in getting 15 direct client interviews for 100% of our enrollments.
We understand how important every investment is for international job seekers in the U.S., and we are committed to ensuring that every penny you spend with us is well worth it.
Why should I pay for StaffValue Group, when I can apply for jobs myself ?
Clearly, only making applications isn’t working right now for anyone. Consultancies are adding fake experience and still are not able to get offers, as they only “Market” / make applications. What we do is, apart from making tailored applications where we edit resume (keeping the experience same / no fake experience), we also work and pay Tier 1 Vendors and Recruiters onsite, that have those direct client vacancies and acquire interviews first for you.
